Good to know
When should I book?
As early as you can. Install dates in November fill up quickly, and the week before Thanksgiving is the busiest of the year. Booking in October gives you the most choice.
Will installation damage my roof or gutters?
No. We attach lights with clips made for shingles and gutters. We don't use nails, screws or staples.
Do I need to buy the lights?
We supply commercial-grade LED lights, clips, extension cords and timers as part of your quote. If you'd rather use decorations you already own, tell us and we'll quote that too.
What happens if a bulb or strand goes out?
Call or text us. Service calls during the season are part of what you're paying for.
When do you take the lights down?
Removal starts after New Year's Day and wraps up in January. We'll schedule a day with you. You don't need to be home if we can reach the outlets.
Can you just take down lights I put up myself?
Yes. Choose "Removal only" on the quote form and tell us roughly what's up.
How is the price worked out?
Mostly by how many feet of roofline you light, how high the roof is, and how many trees, bushes and extras you add. Your quote is free and comes with no obligation.
